Switching audio tracks
While playing, open Audio in the controls and choose a language or version (for example a director's commentary track).
Sound options
Settings → Playback → Playback Settings → Sound:
- Dialogue Boost: lifts the frequencies where voices sit, so dialogue is easier to follow over music and effects.
- Night Mode: evens out loud and quiet moments: explosions come down and whispers come up, so you can watch at low volume. It can also be toggled in the player controls.
Audio sync
While playing, use Audio Sync: with the Viozi Engine the sound can be moved earlier or later; the system player can only delay it. It resets when the episode changes.
Multichannel and Atmos
- Whether multichannel and Atmos are output depends on the device, the connection (HDMI, AirPlay, Bluetooth) and the receiving device (TV, receiver, headphones).
- Being able to read an Atmos track does not mean your device will output Atmos. If the receiving device doesn't support it, audio is converted to stereo or regular multichannel.
- To confirm, check the input format shown on your TV or receiver.

If something goes wrong
No sound, choppy sound or audio out of sync: first try Audio Sync and switching tracks; if it persists see Video won't play, stutters, goes black or shows wrong colors.
