Overview
Applies to
Viozi 1.0 on iPhone, iPad and Mac.
Diagnostic Reports shows "No diagnostic reports"
- This list only contains reports the system leaves after Viozi crashes or freezes. Ordinary playback or connection failures do not create reports, which is normal.
- The system may deliver reports with a delay, so a report might not appear right after a crash. Check Diagnostic Reports again later.
- If you used Clear all reports, or chose to clear them after sending, deleted reports cannot be recovered.
- You can still send feedback without a report: in Send to the author, turn on Logs, describe the problem and upload.
There is no Export Log in the App Store version
- This is by design. In the App Store version, Diagnostic Reports has no Export Log; logs can only be attached, in their most recent part, through Upload to the Author.
- TestFlight builds include Export Log for the full log.
- On Mac, the diagnostics window has Export Log, which reveals the log file in Finder.
The log doesn't go back far enough
- The log file rotates automatically and keeps only recent activity, and the upload attaches only the most recent part.
- Upload right after the problem happens, or reproduce it once and then upload.
There is no Logs switch in the upload sheet
- When the build can neither export logs nor upload, the Logs switch is hidden. Try uploading later, or send your text description only.
There is no diagnostics entry on Apple TV
- The Apple TV version has no Diagnostic Reports page. Send feedback from your iPhone or Mac, including the Apple TV model, tvOS version and steps to reproduce.
