Send a diagnostic report (recommended)
In Primuse, open Settings › Diagnostic Reports, choose the crash reports, log or screenshots to include, describe what happened and send it. The report carries the app version and device details, which is the fastest way to track a problem down.

Sign in on the Palveni message board to ask questions, request features and vote on other people's ideas.
