Palveni Website Privacy Policy

시행일: 2026년 10월 24일버전 1

이 페이지는 아직 사용 중인 언어로 제공되지 않아 English 버전을 보여 드립니다.

This policy explains what palveni.com ("the site") processes when you browse it, sign in, post messages, and when Palveni apps send diagnostic reports to it — why, for how long, and how you can have it deleted. Each app has its own privacy policy on its page, for example the Primuse privacy policy.

Effective: October 24, 2026

1. Browsing

  • You can browse the site without signing in. The site shows no ads and loads no third-party analytics or tracking scripts.
  • The site sets one cookie that remembers your interface language (PALVENI_LOCALE) for a year.
  • Like any website, the server and its reverse proxy see your IP address and browser information (User-Agent) while handling requests; they are used for rate limiting, abuse prevention and troubleshooting.

2. Accounts and sign-in

  • You can sign in with Google, GitHub or Apple. We receive your name, email address, profile picture and account identifier from that provider, and store the sign-in credentials it issues only to keep you signed in and your account linked.
  • Signing in sets a session cookie (palveni.session_token); the session record keeps the IP address and User-Agent used to sign in, for account security. Sessions last up to 30 days and end when you sign out.
  • We never post to these providers on your behalf or read your other data there.

3. Messages and requests

  • Only signed-in users can post. We store what you write, the product and type you chose, the language, whether it may be public, and your votes on other messages.
  • Public messages appear on the site after review together with your name and profile picture — never your email address. Private or unapproved messages are visible only to you and the administrators.
  • To prevent spam and abuse we keep a keyed hash of your IP address (not the address itself) and the User-Agent with each message.
  • Administrators may reply to or hide messages, or turn them into product requirements to improve the products.

4. Diagnostic reports sent from the apps

When you choose to send a diagnostic report in a Palveni app, the app uploads one archive to the storage this site uses:

  • it contains only what you chose to include in the app: crash reports, a log, screenshots and your message;
  • it comes with the app version, system version, device model, a randomly generated installation identifier (not your Apple Account or device serial number), and the IP address and User-Agent of the upload request (kept in the upload log);
  • diagnostic files are deleted automatically after 30 days by default and are only accessible to administrators;
  • to find problems faster, administrators may use third-party AI services to analyze log excerpts; email addresses and user paths on the device are removed before sending.

5. Other public data

  • The site may show selected public App Store reviews (reviewer nickname, rating and text) and public issue information from open-source projects on GitHub.

6. Storage and sharing

  • Data is kept on servers and object storage managed by the site operator and transferred over HTTPS. Stored keys for third-party services are encrypted.
  • Events such as new messages or diagnostic reports may be summarized to the operator's own notification channels (for example email or chat bots).
  • We do not sell or rent personal data or use it for advertising. We disclose it only when required by law or to protect users, the service or others from fraud, abuse and security threats.

7. Retention and deletion

  • Accounts and messages: kept until you ask us to delete them; deleting an account also deletes its messages, votes and sessions.
  • Sessions: up to 30 days. Diagnostic reports: 30 days by default. Upload logs and notification records: 90 days.
  • You can ask to access, correct or delete your data at any time at the address below; we act on requests once we have verified your identity.

8. Children

The site is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect children's personal information.

9. Changes

Material changes to this policy will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
