Send a diagnostic report (recommended)
In Viozi, open Settings › Diagnostic Reports, choose the reports or log to include, describe what happened and send it. The report carries the app version and device details, which is the fastest way to track a problem down. For playback problems, mention the file format (for example MKV, Dolby Vision or a Blu-ray folder) and the kind of media source.
