Terms of Use and Community Guidelines

By using palveni.com ("the site") you agree to these terms. Use of each app is also governed by Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA) and any terms listed on that app's page.

1. Accounts

• You need to sign in with a Google, GitHub or Apple account to post messages and vote. Keep your provider account secure.
• Use only your own account and do not impersonate anyone.

2. Posting guidelines

To keep the board useful for everyone, please do not post:

• illegal, infringing, sexual, violent or discriminatory content;
• harassment, personal attacks or deliberately inflammatory content;
• advertising, promotional links, spam or anything unrelated to the products;
• private information about yourself or others (phone numbers, addresses, credentials, unredacted screenshots and the like);
• malware, cracks or ways to bypass payments.

When reporting a problem, include your device, system version, app version and steps to reproduce — it gets handled faster.

3. Moderation

• New messages are reviewed before they become public. Administrators may hide or delete messages, mark them as spam, or restrict or ban accounts that break these guidelines, without notice.
• Votes and replies are for reference only and are not a commitment to build or ship anything.

4. Your content

• You keep the rights to what you post. By posting you allow us to display it on the site and to use, organize and quote the feedback to improve our products.
• Messages you keep private are used only to improve the products and are never shown on the site.

5. Disclaimer

The site and its content are provided "as is". We try to keep the service available and the information accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be described on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
